Supplier Quality Specialist - SQA Supervisor

Your main tasks 

• Being responsible for your own area of expertise in contact with stakeholders

• Recognition of general further training needs within the assigned SQA teams in the plant network

• Planning and conducting internal and external training courses on complex topics locally and abroad (e.g. SQA activities, incoming goods inspection, complaints management, etc.)

• Supporting and technical managing of the assigned SQA teams (interior factory network)

• Monitoring of the complaint costs and initiation of variation measures

Your profile 

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably industrial engineering, business administration) or completed vocational training with further qualification or comparable knowledge and skills

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the quality (preferably automotive)

• Knowledge of quality methods and tools such as FMEA, 8D methodology, etc.

• Knowledge and experience in dealing with common automotive standards (e.g. IATF 16949, VDA)

• An auditor qualification desirable

• QSYS experience desirable

• Proficiency in English is a must, German is nice to have

• Openness to business trips, both local and international ones
