V&V Manager Electronics

Your Tasks:
- Development of verification & validation strategy in projects (incl. validation test plan and functional test strategy, test methods, test specification techniques etc.)
- Coordination of all relevant system test levels (e.g. electronics test, system integration test, system test, validation test, etc.) and involving the relevant domain test levels
- Creation of project plans and ensure compliance (e.g. resource planning, scheduling, cost planning, etc.) for V&V in collaboration with project managers, line managers and specialist areas; if applicable, initiation of measures in case of deviations
- Ensure compliance with allocated project budget (effort-estimation -controlling and forecast); initiate measures in case of deviations
- Act as an interface between the internal/ external positions involved (e.g. Main Project Manager, functional project manager, sub-project manager, customers, suppliers, specialist areas, etc.)
- Analysis of the project progress and the product maturity from the point of view of verification and validation
- Collaboration for the execution of risk analyses
- Ensure compliance with specified project figures/ targets concerning verification an validation execution and processes (ASPICE, ISO-26262)
- Analysis and evaluation of changes (internal/ external), collaboration for negotiations (e.g. scopes and costs of changes, etc.) and ensuring implementation
- Analysis and evaluation of requirements, incl. support in the creation of test specifications and the use of test methods
- Creation and checking of project reports (status report, test coverage report) and presentations, and project conclusion documentation (validation test report, summary test report)
- Technical management and motivation of project employees
- Coordination of external contract partners
- Collaboration with the optimization/ development of processes, systems and methods (e.g. compilation of process and equipment standards and improvement concepts in collaboration with the responsible central units, execution of Lessons Learned Reviews, etc.)
- Creation of estimations (e.g. for the offer phase etc.) with regard to test equipment and test laboratory costs
- Creation of requirement specifications for external and internal order processing, also based on rough requirement specifications, DRX standards and equipment targets in collaboration with the areas involved
Our Requirements :
- University / University of Applied Sciences degree in Electrical Engineering / Information Technology or knowledge and skills acquired in another way
- 3 to 5 years work experience
- Excellent knowledge in project management, focus test management
- Good knowledge in project management
- Good knowledge of the verification processes (ASPICE, FuSa)
- Good knowledge of the validation norms (e.g. LV124, LV123, etc.)
- Basic understanding in HW/SW/EM development
- Inter-cultural skills
- Strong English skills
