We are looking for an employee for our Human Resources Department in Jelenia Góra or in Gliwice.

We are looking for open-minded, flexible people who are enthusiastic about their tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the resources for Recruitment & Selection
  • Manage end to end recruitment process
  • Support Hiring Managers through the entire vacancy lifecycle, organizing and running briefing calls and weekly updates
  • Provide consultancy, advising Resourcers & Hiring Managers on best talent pool on the market and best recruitment solutions using data and knowledge to influence the right hiring decisions
  • Position the company as the first choice for top talent
  • Cooperate with external business partners
  • Build excellent candidate experience starting from creation of job descriptions, training Hiring Managers, leading interviews, sharing feedback
  • Implement and execute talent-sourcing strategies to build solid pipeline for current and future hiring demands
  • Direct and manager recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Meet Recruitment SLAs: data integrity, pipeline flow, requisition and candidate management

 

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in similar position
  • Direct active sourcing / headhunter experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Knowledge of employment law legislation for Poland
  • Advanced market mapping skills
  • Graduate education
  • Very good command of English
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good leadership skills
  • Experience working with SAP Success Factors will be an advantage
  • Good analytical, communication and prioritization skills
