Objective of Job(职位定位)

  • Establish diversified Training & Qualification programs to enable certain target group & fulfilled Competence gaps according bit development needs
  • Provide consultancy & solutions to business department regarding people development requirements
  • Responsible for Training Program Promotion, implementation & Effectiveness validation
  • Support Plant HR Strategy initiatives rollout & competence build up in perspective of People development

Principle Activities (工作职责)

  • Working closely with HRM/HRBPs and business department to identify people development requests and further develop, update enabling program
  • Develop and lead Training & Qualification Program, including but not limited to “TTT”, “initial leadership”, “Trainee”, etc
  • Training delivery in area of people development, in terms of “Mentoring”, “Coaching” & other soft skills
  • As Training Expert, design, participate & evaluate new training concepts, courses, workshops
  • Build up networking & coordination with central PP functions in China & AG to enhance synergy
  • Establish the standards of training system documents archiving, rational allocation of training resources and training session
  • Design, arrange, conduct and document training courses Support the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame
  • Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it
  • Lead program team, break down and prioritize group goals for associates; responsible for team member development in both of competence & career path

Job Requirements (任职要求)

  • University degree or comparable qualification with focus on Management, Business Administration, Education
  • At least 3 years training working experience in automotive/manufacturing Industry
  • Well know about manufacturing training requirements
  • Experience in Establishing Training Center/corporate  academy
  • Experience in Talent Development/ People development is preferred
  • Fluent English in both of writing & speaking
  • Office software e.g. PPT, Word, Excel
