Imagine being part of one of the world's leading companies in battery and charging systems within the automotive industry. Your journey begins in the Market E-Mobility team within the Customer & Market division, with the goal of shaping the future of electromobility.
Your Responsibilities
- Designing, leading, and coordinating overall projects in the high-voltage systems (wire harnesses, connectors), with a focus on compliance with resources, budget, time and quality
- Assumption of the role of a central contact person for the overall project, all internal/external interfaces, and OEMs
- Leading technical project managers from various departments and continuously optimizing process workflows
- Managing the offer process within acquired project scopes
- Close interaction with the customer team
- Ensuring thorough risk analyses and conducting gate reviews to assess project status
- Transitioning projects to series production and providing ongoing series support
- Defining and monitoring project KPIs and costs
- Preparing project reports
Your Profile
- Completed technical or business-related degree and solid technical understanding
- Several years of experience as a project or sub-project manager
- PM training is desirable
- Strong business acumen and highly analytical working approach
- Excellent communication and assertiveness across all hierarchy levels
- Intrinsic interest in electromobility
- Very good German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel for customer and factory meetings
