In order to support the Backend Area II department in Timisoara, we are looking for a Tech Lead who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:
- Organizes, directs and controls the production activity in a certain sector and during a shift;
- Leads the production of multiple processes/lines in a highly technical environment and responsible for the success of the lines;
- Evaluates the line's operating performance on a daily/regular basis and provides advice on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency and quality;
- Lead a team of operators to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements;
- Troubleshoots and analyzes operational issues and advises on how to solve them;
- Guides regular discussions with operators to maintain performance and improve operational understanding and capability;
- Solicits and evaluates ideas for line improvement and collaborates with qualified engineers to develop project proposals;
- Acts as the main interface between the operation team and the maintenance function;
- Is involved in the training of new operators.
Profile:
- Secondary education (e.g.: high school diploma);
- Knowledge of FIFO principle, 8D-Report and Complaint Handling;
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar role;
- Knowledge of English is a must;
- Availability for working in shifts;
- Communication, work in cross functional teams skills, process oriented thinking and very good analytical and proactivity skills.
