In order to support the Supplier Quality SQE department in Timisoara, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:
- Manage supplier audits (e.g. process audit VDA 6.3, potential analysis, defect part analysis field (audit), process inspections, definition of measures, action follow-ups, effectiveness check and ensuring their documentation in relevant DRX system (e.g. SLC));
- Support strategic supplier selection processes by conducting initial supplier visits and supplier evaluations from a qualitative point of view as a basis for sourcing processes and cooperation in the sourcing process;
- Manage quality escalation and perform supplier evaluation;
- Be responsible for the maturity increase of the products and processes at the supplier;
- Conduct PPAP/PSW/PPF releases together with our SQT team;
- Perform external product and process audit.
Profile:
- Higher degree in a Technical field or comparable technical job experience;
- Minimum 3 years experience on automotive quality or comparable skills;
- Ideally experiences with supplier management, quality tools and norms (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 2);
- Ideally experiences with electric components and injection molding/elastomer;
- Ideally is an Auditor certification but experience in the Audit process is sufficient;
- Willingness for business trips;
- Advanced knowledge of English and basic knowledge of German ideally;
- Very good communication skills and team player attitude;
- Very good analytical skills, proactive attitude and problem solving skills.
