Our HR Governance & Processes Department is looking for a new colleague to take on  the role of Specialist Project Management HR IT Systems.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage HR IT projects to support the implementation/standardization of the HR IT infrastructure – with main focus on concept projects;
  • Create project plans and monitor compliance (e.g. resource planning, schedule planning, cost planning etc.) in cooperation with project team;
  • Assure compliance with allocated project budget; introduce actions in case of deviations (e.g. recognize deviation, define remedial measures in cooperation with customer/ supervisor etc.);
  • Analyze and evaluate changes (internal/ external) (e.g. cost and risk impact with regard to application, infrastructure, interfaces, standards and subsequent processes etc.), cooperate in negotiations (e.g. volume and costs of changes etc.) and assure implementation;
  •  Coordinate work activities to ensure implementation of changes (e.g. schedule meetings, monitor     activities, etc.);  Monitor the creation of functional specifications;
  • Provide technical leadership for project associates.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Completed university studies;
  • 3-5 years experience in similar position;
  • Profound knowledge in Project Management;
  • Good knowledge in SF Employee Central/SAP SuccessFactors Modules/SAP HCM modules (PA/PT/PY/OM);
  • Confident in using MS Office (O365) applications;
  • Very good English skills spoken and written.
