We are searching for a Senior IT Solution Consultant Collaboration for our Solution HR, BA IT Department in Timisoara.
Who are you?
As senior inhouse collaboration consultant you are the interface between business and IT in the area of MS365 and project management. In this role, you closely work with different business functions in order to find the best solution to digitally support collaboration and project management processes. Your responsibilities are as follows: transform business requirements into technical specifications, define the technology to be used, support the resulting development project, and ensure a smooth hand-over from IT development into operations. You are knowledgeable when it comes to latest technical trends regarding the Microsoft 365 environment and also project management platforms to ensure you actively drive digitalization within Dräxlmaier.
You are a multifaceted person who has profound knowledge in state-of-the art Microsoft collaboration technologies. You are experienced with project management methodologies as well as in project management tools such as Jira. Moreover, you need strong communication skills in order to leverage business needs, technical possibilities/ features and organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate demands;
- Challenge existing business processes to ensure business applies state of the art methodologies and practices;
- Translate business needs into technical specifications as interface between business and IT developers;
- Be the first contact for the business within the field of project management tools and platforms;
- Follow-up on project management best practices and trends to actively drive innovation at Dräxlmaier;
- Ensure that all project management related processes, tools and platforms are in alignment with the Dräxlmaier target architecture;
- Align with process managers and other consultants to create synergies and improve the overall project management tools and practices.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, business or related fields;
- Profound knowledge in Microsoft 365 technologies (Power Platform, Sharepoint, Teams, Azure, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge in project management methodologies (waterfall, agile) and project management software (Jira, Planisware);
- English business fluent, German is a plus;
- Ability to communicate with senior level management on equal terms;
- Experience in hosting meetings, conducting workshops, holding presentations, etc.;
- Mature personality with hands-on mentality.
