We are looking for a SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer for our IT Department in Timisoara.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Configure, administer, and maintain SharePoint Online and Power Platform services in alignment with business and IT requirements.
  • Act as a technical consultant for Global Solution Managers, business stakeholders, and IT experts regarding SharePoint Online and Power Platform capabilities, standards, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvements, standardization, and governance of the global collaboration and automation platforms.
  • Participate in international projects as a technical engineer and subject matter expert.
  • Evaluate functional requirements, estimate implementation efforts, and realize business needs through platform configuration and standard capabilities.
  • Administer and support Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, environments, and related Microsoft 365 services.
  • Manage platform governance, including environments, security concepts, permissions, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor platform health, usage, capacity, and service performance to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
  • Support lifecycle management activities, including platform updates, release adoption, change management, and service improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and service requests within SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments.
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, standards, and knowledge base articles.
  • Coordinate with Microsoft, external vendors, and internal support teams for issue resolution and service optimization.
  • Ensure that collaboration and automation services are properly maintained and supported, including 2nd Level Support activities.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in the administration, configuration, and support of SharePoint Online.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform administration, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, environments, and governance concepts.
  • Experience with collaboration and automation platforms in an enterprise environment.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services, platform operations, and governance principles.
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, permissions management, and lifecycle management within Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English; German language skills are considered an advantage.
