We are seeking an experienced Senior ABAP Developer to deliver robust, high‑quality solutions and support the continuous advancement of our SAP development landscape. As a senior member of the SAP Development team, you will handle complex topics, mentor through expertise, and help strengthen development standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced SAP S/4HANA solutions using modern ABAP technologies (CDS Views, OData, UI5/Fiori), ensuring performance and maintainability;
- Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of development standards, guidelines, and best practices, helping elevate overall code quality within the team;
- Ensure integration consistency across systems by working with SPROXY, APIs, middleware, IDocs, and other communication frameworks;
- Perform technical analyses, feasibility evaluations, and conceptual work, contributing insights to support solution decisions and technical discussions;
- Debug, analyse, and resolve complex issues across custom developments, enhancements, and integrations to ensure system stability;
- Provide advanced technical support, knowledge-sharing, and coaching within your area of expertise—helping raise capability levels across the development team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of SAP ABAP development experience in S/4HANA environments, covering CDS Views, OData, Fiori/UI5, ABAP OO, and modern SAP tooling;
- Knowledge of RAP is a strong plus, and interest in applying modern SAP extensibility frameworks;
- Strong expertise in enhancement and extensibility techniques (BAdIs, customer functions, API-based extensions, field extensions);
- Proficiency in form development (SAP Script, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms);
- Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as IDoc interfaces, SPROXY, AIF, and cross‑system scenarios;
- Solid understanding of system landscape interactions, development methodology, and best practices (without architectural ownership);
- Excellent English communication skills (B2+) for smooth collaboration in international environments;
- Open‑minded, proactive, and eager to learn, demonstrating curiosity and a desire to continuously grow as a senior technical contributor.
