We are looking for a Senior Commodity Buyer Harness Components. for our Purchasing Electric department in Timisoara.

Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation and new technology development through supplier partnerships;
- Manage the sourcing and contract negotiation process for innovative, high-quality, and cost-efficient components and systems that meet the needs of our customers;
- Identify, evaluate and select the best suppliers based on their ability to meet our quality, cost, and delivery requirements;
- Negotiate prices, lead times, and other contract terms and conditions to ensure the best value for our company;
- Develop and execute supplier performance management programs to ensure continuous improvement in supplier quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Business or Engineering or a comparable qualification;
- 2-3 years of experience in purchasing/commercial/automotive;
- Very good negotiation skills and strategic mindset;
- Fluent English mandatory.
