Quality Specialist - Audit

We are looking for a Quality Specialist - Audit for our plant in Timisoara.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation and observance of the 5S and TPM requirements;
• Training of collaborators on 5S and TPM topics;
• Carrying out 5S and TPM audits and preparing specific documentation. Preparation of informative notes following the audits and their transmission to the involved departments;
• Layered on-site audit coordinator and co-auditor for on-site process audits;
• Responsible for annual audit plans;
• Preparation of audits by analyzing the project documentation and previous audit reports;
• Performs follow-up audits to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of closed actions;
• Continuous development of knowledge about regulations, tools, techniques and performance standards.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Technical field;
• Several years of experience in the field (Automotive);
• Good knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3;
• Basic knowledge of CAQ (QSYS / SAP) and in quality assurance (e.g.: 8D method, requalification, special characteristics);
• Good knowledge of MS-Office;
• Advanced knowledge of English;
• Communication and teamwork skills;
• Process oriented thinking and very good analytical skills.
