We are looking for a Pre-Series Supplier Quality Manager that will join the Supplier Quality Frontend team in our plant within Timisoara or Hunedoara.
Responsibilities:
- Manage suppliers with quality focurs in the area of Component Systems for passive components (inductors, shunts);
- Lead the maturity management of risk components in the field of passive components;
- Leading supplier audits as well as process acceptances in project and series production;
- Lead high level quality escalations in project and series production;
- Support the purchasing department in the selection of suppliers while also conducting contract negotiations on quality issues;
- Negotiates with potential suppliers for convenience the terms and conditions regarding the quality aspects (ex: PPM limit, necessary requalifications, design verification plan).
Requirements:
- Technical University degree;
- Minimum 5 years experience in the production of passive electronic components (e.g. capacities, shunts, resistors, etc.) and 3 years experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer;
- Knowledge of standard relevant quality tools (SPC, FMEA, APQP,SAP);
- Auditor certification is considered a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must, German is considered a plus;
- Very good communication skills and problem solving abilities.
