In order to support the Manufacturing Footprint department in Timisoara / Satu Mare, we are looking for a Planning Site who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:
- Support of the overall planning for the production network OC as well as cooperation in the creation of the manufacturing footprint and support of planning activities in the context of construction planning at the locations;
- Carrying out structural and area planning across all phases of the planning processes in consultation with superiors;
- Participation in the S&A process in the definition of areas for new inquiries and transfer of the results into the rolling space planning;
- Edit and manage the space planning files. Monitor the current status of current and future land use and space requirements. Monthly / Quarterly creation and presentation of the area report;
- Creation and periodic maintenance of plant and plant layouts for all OC plants with the support of the local planning departments;
- Layout planning of new plants or evaluation of the designs of suppliers taking into account the local material flows in cooperation with project managers, process planning, logistics planning and workplace design;
- Evaluation of material flows through material flow simulations and derivation arrangement of plants and production areas in the hall layout;
- Acceptance and coordinated processing of requests for space requirements from the specialist departments;
- Carrying out plant structure analyses and developing suggestions for improvement;
- Participate in workshops to optimize the plant structure in cooperation with plant planner plant and ensure the achievement of the overarching goals of the production network;
- Planning and monitoring of all necessary relocations and relocations in the plant. Create the change ID in PrIm. Commissioning the project team, participating in the project as part of the area planning and monitoring of all project activities;
- Participation in the planning of plant extensions, plant conversions and new plant buildings
- Creation and maintenance of the process documents required for the job.
Profile:
- Higher Education in Applied Sciences;
- Between 2 and 3 years of experience on a similar position;
- Good command of Microsoft Office suite;
- CAD, ideally material flow simulations and SAP expertise is a great advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of English;
- Analytical skills, problem solving skills, ability to work in a team and communication skills.
