We are looking for a PLM Consultant_ Design BOM for our IT Solution Engineering Department in Timișoara.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead consultant and trusted advisor for Siemens Teamcenter PLM system;
- Resolves complicated/complex incidents related to applications already deployed and contributes to continuous improvement;
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable PLM solutions and process improvements;
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders, development teams, and IT.
- In development projects, follows the project methodology, plans and monitors the development according to the technical requirements, estimates and respects the priorities as well as the phases and deadlines of the respective projects;
- Creates test plans and performs specification-based testing (black-box tests), functionality testing (unit tests), integration testing, performance testing and security testing for system integration and generates test reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Knowledge of Design Bill Material, Part BOM, M BOM;
- Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter;
- Experience with systems and software development processes;
- Experience with integrations between PLM, ERP, SCM;
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, process oriented thinking and analytical skills;
- Excellent English skills; German language skills are an advantage.
