We are looking for a PLM Consultant_ PLM_to_ALM Integration for our IT Solution Engineering Department in Timișoara.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement PLM to ALM integration strategies and architectures;
- Design and deliver PLM integrations with enterprise systems and engineering toolchains;
- Design and deliver ALM integrations across software and systems engineering environments;
- Plan and execute PLM migration projects, including data and process migration;
- Define and manage PLM–ALM coexistence scenarios in heterogeneous system landscapes;
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions;
- Ensure integration, data quality, governance, and end-to-end traceability across platforms;
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices, methodologies, and innovation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Professional experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) consulting;
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter (product Lifecycle System), Siemens Polarion (Application Lifecycle System, or similar platforms;
- Experience with systems and software development processes;
- Experience with integrations between PLM, ERP, SCM;
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, process oriented thinking and analytical skills;
- Excellent English skills; German language skills are an advantage.
