We’re looking for a Manufacturing Line Planner who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated by measurable results, continuous improvement, and impactful projects.

 

 

What You’ll Achieve

  • As a Manufacturing Line Planner, your success will be measured by your ability to improve processes, boost productivity, and ensure smooth industrialization for new and existing products. You will:
  • Drive Operational Efficiency
  • Lead optimization initiatives using tools such as value‑stream analysis.
  • Deliver process improvements that reduce waste and increase throughput.
  • Build & Optimize Production Lines
  • Plan and implement production processes for both current and future product generations.
  • Create production plans, process flows, layouts, and conduct line balancing for efficient workflows.
  • Enable High‑Quality Industrialization
  • Coordinate sample builds and ensure on‑time, high‑quality execution.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of PFMEA and Control Plans to secure process stability and reduce risk.
  • Empower Production Teams
  • Train colleagues in essential planning and optimization methods to strengthen plant capabilities.

 

 

What You Bring

  • You’ll succeed in this role if you can combine technical expertise with analytical thinking and a hands‑on approach:
  • Degree or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 1+ year experience in an electronics production environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Advanced English is a must; German is a plus.
  • Process‑oriented mindset, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
