Learning Consultant

In order to support the Learning department in Timisoara, we are looking for a Learning Consultant who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:

• Consult, plan and roll-out new training requests with major focus on digital transformation content;
• Create and utilize concepts including training needs analysis, learning journeys, learning format decision etc. on regional and global level;
• Evaluate and source external suppliers or support internal experts in developing training content;
• Observe/Identify trends in learning and training for continuous innovations and improvements;
• Evaluate and deliver KPI’s and Reporting for learning to the Project and/or Program management;
• Ensure high quality key- and end- user trainings.

Profile:

• Completed university studies;
• 3-5 years experience in similar position;
• Experienced in Learning Management Systems and authoring tools;
• Profound knowledge in didactics, formal/informal learning and learning formats;
• Confident in using MS Office (O365) applications;
• Very good English skills spoken and written;
• Proactive and initiative attitude.
