In order to support the Quality Management System & Methods department in Timisoara, we are looking for a Layered Process Audit Coordinator who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Coordinating LPA audits with other departments within organization;
- Responsible for annual audit plans;
- Reviewing records and preparing reports about the audit findings and recommendations for corrective action;
- Reviewing operational procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards;
- Preparation of audits by analyzing the project documentation and previous audit reports;
- Performs follow-up audits to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of closed actions;
- Using statistical methods to analyze data and identify areas of improvement in processes or products;
- Support in customer audits;
- Assisting in developing quality control methods and protocols for the organization;
- Planning and conducting training sessions on quality Layered process audit principles for employees;
- Collecting data on quality issues, identifying patterns, and making recommendations for improvements;
- Review Approve and Close QMS systems records;
- Co auditor in process audit according VDA 6.3;
- Support for Run @ Rate in plant;
- Perform other duties as required.
Profile:
- University Degree in Technical field;
- Experience in the field (Automotive);
- Good knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3;
- Basic knowledge in quality assurance (e.g.: 8D method, requalification, special characteristics);
- Good knowledge of MS-Office;
- Advanced knowledge of English;
- Driven and motivated with excellent communication skills;
- Process oriented thinking and very good analytical skills;
- Experience of working towards and achieving KPI’s;
- Ability to empathize and build raport;
- Experience in a customer services environment;
- High level of attention to detail with ability to work across a varied workload accurately at all times.
