Internship Logistic Planning

In order to support the Logistics Planning department in our  plant in Timisoara, we are looking for an Intern Logistic Planning who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:

• Support the Logistics team, in all departments for process improvement;
• Fulfills the assigned projects at the beginning of the Internship period;
• Prepare daily logistics reports on different KPIs;
• Check if the physical data in the logistics processes correlate with the data in the logistics systems (for example: air packaging mode in the supermarket versus packaging mode in SAP);
• Create Packaging Instruction in SAP for Materials;
• Provides support for inventories and inventory discrepancy investigations;
• Create/update work instructions if needed;
• Optimize logistics processes Create ESS for various consumables.

Profile:

• Enrolled in a form of higher education in Business Administration, Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a similar field;
• First work experience (gained via internships / student jobs with similar tasks) would be an advantage;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (focus on Excel);
• Experience in using logistics control systems and ERP software (e.g. SAP) is an advantage;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Willingness to learn, problem solving skills, communication skills and analytical skills.
