In order to support the IT Solution Procurement department in our Regional IT Center in Timisoara, we are looking for an Intern IT Solution Procurement that specializes within Procurement platforms and systems,  who desires a career in IT Consulting and can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:

  • As Intern – Solution Procurement related applications (such as SAP SRM, SAP MM, IVALUA, etc.) you will be part of a Global IT team;
  • Take over incidents as 2nd Level Support, make analysis, solve the incident(s) and/or decide if it needs to be transferred to the 3rd Level support;
  • Perform interface monitoring and IDoc correction;
  • Customize and configure the system(s) in a certain degree (e.g. Small Changes, Service Requests, etc.); resolve more complex incidents and requests according to the agreed SLA’s and document resolutions;
  • Create test cases and support Key-Users at User Acceptance Tests, perform Black Box Tests;
  • Create technical documentation regarding the changes and new processes in alignment with the Solution Procurement team, ensure the quality of documentation, resolution and task description.

                                           

 

Profile:

  • University Degree in Business informatics or similar;
  • Problem solving skills, willingness to learn and customer orientation skills; Good analytical and communication skills necessary;
  • Know-how about analyzing applications (e.g. reading and understanding/interpreting log files, error messages, warning messages, etc.)
  • SAP MM Customizing skills and IVALUA configuration skills are not necessary but would be an advantage;
  • Very good English skills mandatory/ German language skills are an advantage.
