In order to support the IT Control Center department in our IT Center in Timisoara, we are looking for an Intern IT Control Center Agent who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:
- Processing of technical requests from our internal customers in German and English language following agreed procedures;
- Classification, prioritization and dispatching of incidents and requests in a modern ticketing system (source: telephone, email, chatbot);
- Focusing on solving specific requests/ incidents by performing remote troubleshooting or forwarding IT disruptions to expert groups;
- Maintaining communication with second, third level teams as well external parties;
- Identifying and diagnosing disruptions by using knowledge articles and monitoring systems;
- Assist in the verification of authorization assignments/deletions and ensuring role-specific, authorized access to services.
Profile:
- Enrolled in a Higher education form (Bachelor or Master);
- Fluent English speaker and German knowledge is an advantage;
- Independent, analytical and structured way or working with problem-resolving abilities;
- Good communication skills and teamwork;
- Willingness to work within a multicultural global team.
