We are looking for an Intern HR Technology Management for our plant in Timisoara.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global teams to evaluate and implement new HR Technology requirements;
- Active participation in national and international HR Technology projects;
- Assist in the rollout and continuous improvement of HR Technology solutions;
- Support in developing training and communication materials in HR Technology projects;
- Help identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and HR Technology systems.
Requirements:
- Studies in business informatics, business administration (specializing in personnel controlling or IT) or comparable fields;
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
- Excellent English language skills; German language skills are considered an advantage;
- Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a structured and analytical manner.
