In order to support the Continuous Improvement department in Timisoara, we are looking for an Intern who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:
- Provides support to the Launch & Series Management team, in all subdepartments for process improvement;
- Reporting on the identification, development, implementation and follow-up of continuous improvement initiatives in several departments
- Collecting, analyzing and presenting data on continuous improvement;
- Supporting resource development and training to share continuous improvement methodologies;
- Preparation of reports or presentations based on findings;
- Participation and support in Kaizen production activities and events.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a form of higher education in a technical field;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, PowerBI knowledge is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English is a must;
- Willingness to learn, problem solving skills, communication skills and analytical skills.
