IT SACM Coordinator - Internship

In order to support the Regional IT Center Timisoara, we are looking for an IT SACM Coordinator – Internship who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:

• Support Asset Management activities in or ITSM platform  (creation, modification, tracking, and lifecycle management of IT assets);
• Assist with ordering and tracking IT equipment, software, and telephony hardware in SAP and procurement systems;
• Support invoice verification and coordination with Purchasing, Accounting, and external vendors;
• Creating and maintaining in SAP C02/ Synapsis/ ITSM Platform of new IT articles in the IT Standard catalogue (IT Lean catalogue);
• Collaborate closely with international teams from IT, Purchasing, Controlling, and Accounting departments.

Profile:

• Enrolled student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable field;
• Basic understanding of SAP in business and financial processes, such as accounting, controlling, procurement, or finance;
• Fluent English communication skills (German is considered an advantage);
• Good analytical, process-oriented, and structured mindset, combined with an independent working style and problem-solving abilities;
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the willingness to work in a multicultural and global environment.
