IT PLM Test Manager

We are looking for an IT PLM Test Manager for our Regional IT Center Timisoara.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation and execution of all different test cycles for our global PLM system rollout (Team Center);
• Manage and support different tests like Integration Test, User Acceptance Tests and Regression Tests according to the predefined test plan;
• Coordinate all test preparation activities: like test approach adaption, test automatization and test system preparation with your test management team;
• Plan, invite and lead test management meetings with the global tester team;
• Ensure the documentation of test results and defects with test team and provide the test reporting;
• Manage and execute the test tool setup (i.e. JIRA);
• Ensure the quality of the execution of the test plans of different departments and projects;
• Align and manage test automatization of our global PLM system as required.

Requirements:

• IT Engineer with 4-5 years of practical experience in the area of Test Management of global IT systems (i.e. Team Center or similar);
• Experience in defining test cases/test plans;
• Good knowledge in Test Automatization tools;
• Experience within global IT projects;
• Good communication, collaboration and project management experience;
• Very good English skills.
