Your Impact
- Shape Strategy: Translate group objectives into actionable plans and lead your team toward excellence;
- Own Quality Performance: Monitor KPIs, reduce scrap and rework, and implement cost-saving initiatives;
- Lead Audits & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IATF16949 and customer-specific standards;
- Be the Voice of Quality: Negotiate with customers, resolve complaints, and safeguard product integrity.
What We’re Looking For
- Engineering degree and 5–7 years in automotive quality leadership;
- Expertise in IATF16949, VDA 6.3;
- CAQ basic knowledge (QSYS / SAP);
- Core tools knowledge: APQP, FMEA, PPAP/PPF;
- 8D methodology / complaints, Q7-Tools, SPC, customer-specific requirements, requalification inspections, special characteristics;
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills;
- Leadership experience, strong teamwork and communication skills;
- Process-oriented and strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- English proficiency.
