In order to support the Frontend department in Timisoara, we are looking for a Head of Production Prebackend who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:
- Professional and disciplinary management of employees in the subordinate department, personnel decision-making in collaboration with the human resources department;
- Conceiving objectives for employees in the subordinate department, interrupting and prioritizing the department's objectives, as well as supporting the objectives and evaluating their achievement;
- Responsible for the transposition of the QM system into production;
- Ensures the implementation of the safety, health, labor protection, PSI and environmental protection norms, in accordance with the law;
- Ensures all production functions in the factory (e.g. manufacturing, security, maintenance, etc.), and if necessary, takes appropriate measures in case of deviations;
- Ensures the production of all parts/components/work groups in the department, with the highest possible efficiency and in the quantities, deadlines, quality and costs required by the customer, taking into account the internal strategies and operational prescriptions of DRX;
- Identifying possibilities, processing optimization proposals as well as ensuring the transposition of processes and structures for improvement, as well as procedures and methods.
Profile:
- Higher Education in a technical field;
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in the automotive industry in a leadership role;
- Leadership experience;
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage;
- Communication, leadership skills, work in cross functional teams skills, process oriented thinking and very good analytical and proactivity skills.
