What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Maximize equipment uptime by ensuring seamless, proactive maintenance strategies;
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, delivering consistent operational results;
- Own and optimize budgets, balancing cost efficiency with performance outcomes;
- Drive resource planning & capacity utilization to meet production targets;
- Optimize spare parts stock & availability, reducing downtime risk;
- Select and manage external partners, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service;
- Ensure audit compliance & quality standards, implementing continuous improvement measures;
- Create and improve work instructions and reaction plans for potential deviations;
- Identify and implement performance improvements across maintenance processes.
What You Bring to Drive Results
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, or similar);
- Proven leadership experience (3+ years) in maintenance or technical coordination;
- Strong technical expertise: mechanics, pneumatics, electrical & control systems;
- Advanced English skills for an international environment;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel);
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills;
- A process-driven, analytical mindset with strong proactivity.
