What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • Maximize equipment uptime by ensuring seamless, proactive maintenance strategies;
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, delivering consistent operational results;
  • Own and optimize budgets, balancing cost efficiency with performance outcomes;
  • Drive resource planning & capacity utilization to meet production targets;
  • Optimize spare parts stock & availability, reducing downtime risk;
  • Select and manage external partners, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service;
  • Ensure audit compliance & quality standards, implementing continuous improvement measures;
  • Create and improve work instructions and reaction plans for potential deviations;
  • Identify and implement performance improvements across maintenance processes.

 

 

What You Bring to Drive Results

  • Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, or similar);
  • Proven leadership experience (3+ years) in maintenance or technical coordination;
  • Strong technical expertise: mechanics, pneumatics, electrical & control systems;
  • Advanced English skills for an international environment;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills;
  • A process-driven, analytical mindset with strong proactivity.
