As our Head of Line Feeding, you will be responsible for creating a high-performing logistics operation that delivers materials to production lines on time, every time, while driving efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across the organization.

What Success Looks Like
- Deliver Operational Excellence
- Ensure uninterrupted production by maintaining a reliable and efficient line-feeding operation;
- Achieve and continuously improve logistics KPIs related to material availability, delivery precision, inventory accuracy, and equipment utilization;
- Proactively manage risks and implement effective recovery measures to minimize the impact of supply disruptions;
- Build and Inspire High-Performing Teams
- Lead, develop, and motivate line-feeding teams to consistently achieve operational targets;
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement;
- Strengthen cross-functional partnerships between logistics, production, warehousing, and supporting departments;
- Drive Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and implement lean logistics solutions that increase productivity and reduce waste;
- Ensure full compliance with logistics standards and the effective use of SAP PS4, EWM, and related logistics systems;
- Optimize material flow, packaging management, and inventory processes to support growing business needs;
- Ensure Safety and Compliance
- Lead a safe working environment by promoting best practices and proper use of logistics equipment;
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support successful annual and periodic inventory activities;
- Ensure logistics processes are executed according to company standards and operational requirements.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Economic field;
- Proven experience leading logistics, warehouse, material flow, or line-feeding operations, ideally within the automotive industry;
- Strong knowledge of SAP and logistics control systems, combined with advanced Excel skills;
- Advanced English communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve operational challenges, analyze performance data, and drive measurable improvements.
