Our Internal Quality team in Timișoara is looking for a Head of Internal Quality Frontend who thrives on improvement, precision, and high‑impact leadership.

Your Mission & Impact
- As the Head of Internal Quality Frontend, you will deliver measurable improvements across quality systems, processes, and defect prevention;
- Early detection of weaknesses: You implement effective systems that catch defects before they reach customers;
- Strong corrective & preventive actions: You drive root‑cause elimination using tools like 8D, Q7, SPC, and more;
- Continuous Improvement (CIP): You champion a zero‑defect mindset and identify cost‑saving potentials;
- System performance optimization: You monitor and enhance QMS processes including SAP, CAQ tools, MES‑QUA, and customer portals (not applicable for internal quality);
- Customer satisfaction & complaint management: You ensure issues are handled fast, transparently, and efficiently;
- Cross‑functional collaboration: You guide analysis of defective parts, ensuring compliance with both internal and customer‑specific requirements.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical, Economical, Quality or Management field;
- 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry;
- Between 5 and 7 years experience in Quality; experience in SMT area is an advantage;
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, CAQ systems (QSYS/SAP);
- Experience in SAP, MES‑QUA;
- Strong command of 8D, Q7 Tools, SPC, CSR, retraining inspections & special characteristics;
- Fluent English; German is an advantage;
- A leadership mindset: communication strength, analytical thinking, team orientation, process focus.
