We are looking for a high‑performing Head of Customer Quality who will ensure customer satisfaction, drive continuous improvement, and lead a skilled team in our E‑Mobility plant in Timișoara.

Your Mission & Performance Objectives

  • Drive Customer Quality Excellence
  • You will ensure flawless execution of PPAP & sampling, APQP, and complaint management processes 0 km and field — delivering zero‑defect launches and fast, effective resolution for customer issues;
  • Lead Complaint & Deviation Management
  • You will own the end‑to‑end complaint analysis (internal/external), coordinating with production, engineering, logistics, and more to implement effective, documented corrective actions rooted in FMEA and DRX processes;
  • Elevate Plant Quality Performance
  • You will identify weak spots, implement corrective measures, and ensure product and process adherence with customer expectations — strengthening our quality reputation;
  • Be the Quality Voice for the Customer
  • You act as the primary contact for all customer‑related quality questions, ensuring quick problem resolution, aligning with central functions for escalations, and maintaining trustful customer relationships;
  • Lead & Develop a High‑Performing Team
  • You will coach, coordinate, and grow the Customer Quality team to achieve KPIs, ensure strong reporting discipline, and foster a performance‑driven culture.

 

 

What You Bring

  • Engineering/technical degree (Bachelor/Master);
  • Solid experience with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA FFA;
  • Strong knowledge of APQP, FMEA, PPAP/PPF, 8D, Q7 tools, SPC;
  • Experience with SAP CAQ;
  • 5–7 years in the automotive industry;
  • Excellent English communication;
  • Analytical mindset, teamwork, leadership and process‑oriented thinking.
