Head Of Launch and Series Projects

We are looking for a Head Of Launch and Series Projects to join our management team in our Timisoara plant.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and coordinate all project portfolio, launch management and serial life related activities;
• Responsibility for inter-disciplinary carline project management in serial and launch phase in the plant;
• Provide management, leadership, and strategic vision; Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders; Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques, report and escalate to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimize potential risks;
• Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field;
• Ideally 5- 7 years experience within the automotive business;
• Proven leadership skills;
• Overall process orientated thinking, leadership, communication and cooperation skills, problem solving and conflict managing skills;
• Extensive knowledge of continuous improvement methods -  an advantage;
• Excellent English level - spoken and written, German is considered an advantage.
