We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our HR Department based in Timisoara. This role is tailored for someone with a talent for employees’ relations. What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Act as primary point of contact for designated business areas, providing all levels of managers/supervisors and employees support and advice on all aspects of HR processes;
  • Handle organizational management topics;
  • Ensure minimal administrative tasks –  support the employees through the entire employee lifecycle processes (hiring, promotions, resignations, unemployment, maternity leaves etc.); personnel files maintenance;
  • SAP minimal handling;
  • Interface with Legal Authorities and on-site Labor Medicine representatives;
  • Prepare various specific reports;
  • Manage the disciplinary procedure and prepares the specific documentation.

 

 

What you need:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Social Studies – would be a plus;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role;
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) – advanced level; ERP knowledge (SAP)– would be a plus and labor legislation knowledge;
  • English language – advanced level;
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Flexibility and personal initiative.

 

It is essential that the role holder can work effectively with fluctuating and dynamic work demands and is flexible in their work attitude (a hands-on approach is essential).
