HR Admin

We are looking for an HR admin for our HR Department in Timisoara. Take on a new challenge in a young & ambitious team!
Responsibilities:
- Support and advise employees in simple personnel, social and labor law questions;
- Responsible for administrative tasks – prepares documentation of new hires, resignations, unemployment, maternity leaves or other certificates; puts together and maintains personnel files;
- Handles personal data administration and organizational management; consolidates preliminary data of payroll;
- Support HR Generalist in preparing documents and consolidate data for HR reporting;
- Responsible for REVISAL administration and online submission;
- Prepares reports and analyzes specific to the own area of responsibility and in some cases measures the efficiency of implemented projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role;
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) – advanced level;
- Good labor legislation knowledge - would be a plus;
- English language – medium or advanced level;
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team; flexibility and personal initiative.
