Enterprise Architecture Support Agent

For our Enterprise Architecture department based in Timisoara (Isho) we are on the lookout for an Application Support Agent, colleague whose main responsibility will revolve around supporting the Architecture community regarding issues that might occur.

Responsibilities:

• Governance and improvement of our Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) processes (e.g. software approval, retirement) and meeting structure;
• Quality assurance for EA standardization and simplification goals;
• Contribute to dedicated EA activities with analysis of issue, solution design and ideas to optimize status quo;
• Conduct training sessions especially in using our Enterprise Architecture tool Adonis;
• Support Architecture Roadmap development;
• Ensure correct way of working of out EAM applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree within IT preffered;
• More than 2 years’ experience working in one or more IT departments;
• Ability to use right tools for analyzing and solving complex architecture problems;
• Knowledge about process design and optimization;
• Very good English skills, German is an advantage;
• General understanding of data, application and infrastructure elements.
