We are looking for an Employee Logistics Technologies for our E – Mobility plant in Timisoara.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on automation and digitalization of logistics processes;
  • Integration and rollout of innovative logistics technologies in the DRÄXLMAIER plants worldwide (e.g. automated guided vehicles, automated warehouses, Microsoft Power Apps);
  • Support process analysis, concept creation and supplier selection in the field of logistics technologies;
  • Create and maintain documentation (innovation toolkit logistics, guidelines, guardrails, specifications, etc.);
  • Performing market observations, research and analysis (e.g. on competition, customers, end customers, start - ups, institutes);
  • Developing recommendations for action (e.g. use of new logistics technologies) and increase the maturity of new logistics technologies and innovations;
  • Permanent analysis of the options and needs for action in the worldwide DRÄXLMAIER factories;
  • Contributing to the analysis and further development of new technologies in the early phase of the innovation process and perform preliminary costing and pre-planning for the implementation of new technologies in the plants;
  • Coordinate, follow up and request as well as pre- and post-processing of internal and external deadlines (e.g. organization of technology days);
  • Close cooperation with Logistics Innovation and Planning departments.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Higher degree in Engineering / Logistics / Automation or Information Technology;
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a related field;
  • Logistics knowledge;
  • Experience in logistic technologies (e.g. AGVs);
  • Project Management knowledge and exceptional IT affinity with a focus on digitalization;
  • Advanced knowledge of English and basic knowledge of German ideally;
  • Very good communication skills and team player attitude;
  • Very good analytical skills, problem solving skills and process-oriented thinking;
  • Availability for business trips (acting on site).
