In order to support the Customer Quality department in Timisoara, we are looking for a Customer Quality Specialist who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Ensure compliance with the quality requirements of the project;
- Communicate with the customer to present and clarify the initial sampling process and serial changes and for customer complaints;
- Ensures early detection of weak points and defects;
- Implement appropriate measures to eliminate defects and weaknesses and monitor their effectiveness;
- Participates in the change meeting and manages all the quality activities resulting from the changes;
- Participates in the lessons learned of the project;
- Check and approve sample deliveries (Quality Gate for finished parts to the customer, also semi-finished parts to the customer);
- Check the quality documents related to the samples;
- Participate to planning and conducting the internal launch for serial production;
- Participate in defining the relaunch (after implementing additional tests) and participates to the test activities;
- Participates to planning and implementing the Series of Processes with the customer;
- Participates in the approval of serial production and Run and Rate;
- Participates in the FMEA process;
- Coordinated the Control Plan meetings and manages the revisions with the agreed modifications;
- Controls the measurements/analyzes and performs their evaluations;
- Participates in test planning;
- Approves/validates the relevant tests (process capabilities, equipment capabilities, etc.);
- Coordinates client audits and any other visit related to the project.
Profile:
- University Degree (preferably in Technical field);
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quality field (Automotive);
- Good electronics knowledge and knowledge of IPC-A610 are a plus;
- Knowledge in quality assurance: 8D method, retraining, special characteristics;
- Good knowledge of MS-Office;
- Advanced knowledge of English;
- Communication and teamwork skills, process oriented thinking, very good analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility skills.
