In order to support the Customer Quality department in our E-mobility plant in Timisoara, we are looking for a Customer Quality Project Leader who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:
- Ensures compliance with quality requirements in the project;
- Communicate with the customer to present and clarify the initial sampling process and changes in the series;
- Ensures early detection of weaknesses and defects;
- Implement appropriate measures to eliminate defects and weaknesses and monitor their effectiveness;
- Participates in change meetings and manages all quality activities resulting from the change;
- Continuously optimizes (CIP) in the sense of the strategy of 0 mistakes and for identifying and applying the possibilities of reducing costs with non-quality.
Profile:
- University Degree in Technical field (preferably Electrotechnics / Electrical Engineering);
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience in the field (Quality and Project experience);
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3;
- Knowledge of basic tools: (APQP, FMEA, PPAP/PPF), 8D methodology/complaints, Q7 tools, SPC, customer specific requirements, requalification inspections, special features;
- Advanced knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage;
- Communication and teamwork skills, process oriented thinking and very good analytical skills.
