Continuous Improvement Specialist

In this role, you won’t just “check off tasks” — you will directly contribute to operational efficiency, process discipline, and a strong continuous improvement culture in an international industrial environment. Your success is reflected in implemented ideas, standardized processes, and higher-performing teams.
What you will deliver:
- Increase both the number and quality of improvement proposals collected from employees and ensure they are transformed into implemented solutions;
- Manage and further develop the internal improvement portal, ensuring transparency and clear follow‑up until each validated initiative is completed;
- Drive effective 5S implementation, ensuring standards are consistently respected — not only during audits;
- Conduct 5S audits with a strong focus on identifying gaps and defining clear corrective actions;
- Deliver clear audit outputs: structured documentation, relevant conclusions, and efficient communication to the involved departments;
- Actively contribute to visual management, ensuring key information is accessible and supports decision‑making.
- Kaizen workshop coordination - organizing and facilitating cross-functional sessions to identify losses and define concrete improvement actions. Example ( SMED, Jishuken )
- Standard Work Implementation developing, updating, and supporting the implementation of visual and operational standards
- Support in strategic projects - active involvement in digitalization, automation, and efficiency initiatives at plant level strategy
- Training and coaching - training operators and team leaders on topics such as 5S, problem solving, and waste awareness
- Contribution to continuous improvement culture — promoting ownership and employee engagement in continuous improvement activities.
How performance is measured
- Number of improvement initiatives successfully implemented;
- Level of compliance and maturity of 5S standards;
- Quality of audits and action plans;
- Employee engagement in Continuous Improvement.
- Cost savings generated from SMED workshops, Jishuken activities, and Kaizen projects
What helps you succeed
- University degree in a technical field;
- Relevant experience in Automotive / Continuous Improvement; Minimum 2 Years
- Strong process‑oriented and analytical mindset;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Very good MS Office knowledge;
- Advanced English proficiency.
