Continuous Improvement Specialist

In order to support the Continuous Improvement department in Timisoara, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

• Collect information from employees about optimization proposals;
• Is the administrator of the internal portal with ideas for improvement;
• Follow the implementation of validated proposals;
• Participate in the arrangement of notice boards (e.g.: visual management);
• Responsible for the implementation and observance of the 5S;
• Training of collaborators on 5S;
• Carrying out 5S and TPM audits and preparing specific documentation. Preparation of informative notes following the audits and their transmission to the involved departments;

Requirements:

• University Degree in Technical field;
• Several years of experience in the field (Automotive);
• Experience in Continuous Improvement
• Good knowledge of MS-Office;
• Advanced knowledge of English;
• Communication and teamwork skills;
• Process oriented thinking and very good analytical skills.
