Production control JIS

Objective of job: 
Responsible for the production schedule of Electric Segment. Including the inventory control for work in process and finish good, assuring customers deliveries considering the premises and KPI´S assigned to this area.

Principle activities:

• Create and negotiate logistical agreements (DRX plants) in coordination with the involved units, according to instructions.
• Agree on delivery dates with Production and customers.
• Review and manage general system parameters.
• Coordinate actions to avoid bottlenecks (e.g. due to threatened delivery delays, for technical changes, in case of immediate demand/additional demand, etc.) in production lines.    
• Control the logistical material and process flows across several supply chains, taking economic aspects into account.
• Monitor inventory levels over several DRX plants, taking into consideration production supply and the level of the warehouse.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial engineering, Administration or careers related.
• 3-5 years of work experience in the automotive industry, logistics / Supply Chain Management and Production Control Processes.
• Extensive knowledge of functional processes or the range of products (techniques, systems, manufacturing process). 
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Host system. 
• Advanced English level.
