Ojective of job

  • Manage a small, well-defined organizational unit with homogenous functions; Assure and control profitability of his/her area of responsibility, including assuring the reporting processes

 

 Activity

  • Support the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame
  • Plan and administer the budget in the area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it
  • Cooperate in personnel planning within the area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor and the HR department; employ qualified personnel
  • Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor
  • Break down and prioritize group goals for associates

 

Job requeriments

  • Professional/graduate education experienced professional
  • SAP FI/CO advantageous
  • Advanced English
