- Liaise and deal with shippers, shipping agent, freight forwarders, forwarding agent, haulier, local transporter, international courier company.
- Closely monitor arrival of import shipments at airport (Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Danang, Chu Lai), port (Ho Chi Minh, Danang, Chu Lai).
- Arrange delivery of import container.
- Arrange & book transports for local delivery.
- Arrange export shipment via seafreight & airfreight including book vessel, book flight, request empty container & prepare transport documents.
- Prepare and provide required reports on a timely basis.
- Liaise and work closely with Logistic team, Customs department, Finance department & related department in order to ensure shipments arrive factory and deliver to customer on time.
- To ensure successful teamwork in our organization through your action and be able to help other section when necessary.
- Proactive in every action to meet internal & external customer's requirement.
- Attend regular meetings with DAV freight forwarders, custom broker, transporter & etc.
- Take care of container returning to depots on time (without any detention charges).
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
- Recording of transport damages, delays, cancellations
