- Implement and document very difficult maintenance, repair and overhaul work on very complex equipment / systems as specified.
- Assemble, start up and relocate complex equipment/systems in the production plant in concert with customer requirements and specifications (e.g., equipment engineering specifications, etc.) while taking account of deadlines and quality.
- Mounting, installing/removing, and adjusting complex assemblies/components in the equipment.
- Implementation and documentation of changes or corrections to machine controls and machining programs as well as parameterization with preparation of the respective data sheets as specified.
- Execution and documentation of checks for correct operation (e.g. mechanical, electrical, etc.) and test runs for equipment/systems.
- Collaborate to analyze complex problems/faults on complex equipment/systems, if necessary using diagnostic systems.
- Eliminate/eliminate malfunctions (for example process failures, etc.) on machinery and equipment (e.g. tool breakage, etc.).
- Observance and compliance with all relevant processes and work instructions in the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate to ensure information flows within the involved departments and to supervisors.
- Identification and elimination (as specified) of vulnerabilities and development of proposals for improvement measures for equipment/systems.
- Ensure the implementation of all relevant audit requirements as well as internal and external quality standards and implementation of countermeasures in case of deviations and improvement potentials.
- Establish spare part and wear part requirements, dispose of parts purchases.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory safety regulations (in particular the Occupational Health and Safety Act as well as environmental protection) and the central DRX specifications.
