- Ensure Product Quality for assigned product and process of wiring harness meets customer specifications and Draexlmaier requirements.
- Responsible handling of internal defects for all customers
- Lead the 8D investigation team consists of multi-disciplinary department.
- Create the 8D report to be submitted to customer within the targeted date.
- Communicate with other department regarding external/internal Quality issue.
- Support other departments in problem analysis and corrective actions.
- Elaborate action plans together with other departments
- Ensure the actions from the 8D are implemented accordingly and effective.
- Register all Complaints in the Complaint Management module (QSYS) and close accordingly.
- Ensure weekly Reporting for Management is correct and on-time.
- Monitoring external PPM/targets and ensure that targets are met.
- Ensure technical changes are implemented according to the customer product specification
- Ensure the correctness of the process in Plant are according to released process.
- Ensure cleanness and tidiness in assigned quality areas.
