Production Quality Team Leader - CC/PA

Objective of job:

• Conduct complex tests on components according to guidelines

. Principle activities:

• Check the interaction of individual components and component groups to assure functionality
• View test plans and drawing documentation
• Label defective component groups/equipment and pass it on with a description of the defect
• Train/instruct other associates
• Conduct complex tests using measurement equipment/programmed units and specific gauges on parts from several series/processes, according to guidelines
• Document test/measurement results in the CAQ system and summarize data/determine statistical values
• Escalate/pass on results
• Sort out defective parts, taking into account DRX-specific requirements
• Determine and forward defects
• Cooperate in finding the cause and solution for problem cases
• Consolidate and prepare data of inspection

Job requirements:

• Specialized knowledge / education: On-the-job training for several months (knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts and information; requiring an understanding in a skill)

• Additional knowledge: Basic English (write and read)
