- Supply the DAV plant with raw materials and the customer plant with semi-finish products
- Control and coordinate internal DRX production and schedule the transports according to pack months
- Monitor indicators according to guidelines, and report any deviations
- Checks and maintains the appropriate stock level in relation to the production plan and the existing stock in location and transports
- Contributes to maintaining an optimal volume of raw material stock in the production plant by signaling any system/process anomalies
- Uses internal tools (CMH, PKT, DV, HOST, TISS, BPM, etc.) to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Ensures the smoothing of the control orders in the system
- Establishes the level of stocks and the necessary production in order to plan transports
- Reacts in case of problems in the production plant and initiates actions that will allow the continuation of production and deliveries
- Directly responsible for ordering raw materials from assigned suppliers and notifying the supplier in writing for direct transport and cost collection (3 levels of supplier information) in case of backlog
- Processes information from suppliers: confirms/denies deliveries, capacity issues, modify the packaging unit, requests technical modifications, etc., ensuring compliance with the terms of the production plan and delivery to the customer
- Ensures the flow of information to the production plant, assigned suppliers, and other departments
- Handle launches and phase-outs
- Handle excess inventory
- Participate in meetings for logistic topics
- Issue reports and situations based on assigned responsibilities
- Perform other provisions given by hierarchical superiors in the implementation of short-term strategies of the company, within the limits of compliance with the legal basis
