Job title: Young Talents Program in Operations
During your 15-month fast-track program starting Jan 1, 2025, we offer you the opportunity to build the foundation of a managerial career in the automotive industry: You will get to know the different Operations departments of the plant and take on responsible tasks at an early stage. You will build up your international network during an assignment abroad and at various cross-functional network meetings during the program. Accompanying training modules and personal mentoring will additionally support you on your way through the DRÄXLMAIER Group young talents program.
Your tasks
- Supporting the Production, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering in their day-to-day business as well as independently managing tasks in the plant.
- Identification of improvement potential in the plant, design, and execution of CI projects as project leader
- Participation in acquisition, industrialization or optimization projects
- Getting to know other relevant areas such as Maintenance, Controlling, HR, purchasing
